Banners

You are not allowed to programatically generate banner impressions. This means no mechanical, scripted, or 'click farm' generated page impressions, please. We have systems in place to detect this, and will terminate your account if you break this rule.

You are not allowed to alter the banner code without our written consent. The generated banner code is designed to perform its task with extreme efficiency, and any modifications to it are likely to cause you problems.

Banner Placement. You may place your banner code at or near the bottom of a page but there should not be an excessive amount of "white space" between it and the actual page content. This includes forcing the banner downwards with javascript plugins, and similar techniques. As a guideline, your banner code should always come above any copyright statement you have in your page footers.

Multiple Banners. Multiple banners on a single page are not permitted without our written permission.

Banner size. Large banners load slowly and will impact negatively on your bandwidth. Keep banners to 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels high and under 15Kb in size. Banners MUST be in one of the following formats:- .jpg .gif .png

General.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

We make no guarantees as to the availability of our service, or its fitness for purpose, and would point out that no contract exists between you and ourselves, and that the service is provided on an 'as is' basis. We specifically deny any responsibility for any loss you may suffer due to your use of or inability to use this service.
